we have so many school rules i can go on forever..
1. no wearing of pedal
2. no wearing of make-up even putting eyeliner
3. no skirts, shorts, flip-flops
4. no hanging blouse or shirts
5. no wearing of colored bracelets (i see no point for them to ban us wearing braceletes that is colored)
6. no wearing of hanging earings
7. wear only 1 pair of earing
8. no public display of affection
9. no colored hair
(and many more~)
taken from where i posted in the sock level thingy 
heres a catch:
our level coordinator SUCKS *he is the one catching people with colored hair, long nails and so on...
he gave me a violation report cause i didnt attend the ceremony and he even write in the blanks that i go into "off limits" areas when i did even go there... i was just in the womens washroom and HE even go into the washroom and SHOUT at us !
HE DOESNT HAVE ANY RESPECT AT ALL!! GOING INTO WOMEN'S WASHROOM and my other friend is in the cubicle doing her thing and HE shout to get out from there...
STUPID HIM!

yea. obviously. you need to look neat and tidy for the school name.
5. no wearing of colored bracelets (i see no point for them to ban us wearing bracelets that is colored)
if this thing got hooked by some other things then both of the people are dead. my aunt had this experience although she's not dead. touch wood.
6. no wearing of hanging earrings
same reason as above.
7. wear only 1 pair of earring
urm please lah, if not wear 2 pair meh?
what's the problem? are you a gangster of something?
8. no public display of affection
well duh, you are supposed to learn to live, not learn to love.

Well, thats basically cause the school teachers arn't wearing the school uniform, NO ONE knows they're from whatever school they're from. And rules are also to instill a sense of responsibility in students, as well as at least to make students look decent. ALthough there ARE some rules I don't get, like banning ankle socks. Hmm.

The earrings part, Ernest, I doubt that only gangster wear more than 1 pair.

That's evil? Golly, then my school's diabolical. They walk in with scissors and snip hair right off!
Disallowing makeup and hair dying and of course display of public affection is much applauded upon for several people do have appalling tastes and behaviors which would prove disagreeable for the common eye.

Oh then I guess I'm probably under the "gangsters" category.
Then probably one-third of the girls in my school are under that category.
That's generalization, and you're still insisting on it. Students with more than a pair of earholes may or may not be rowdy, it depends on the impression you give and the way you behave.
Please be aware of this and don't make sweeping statements, people might get offended by that.

haha. Schools rules are created so that there are some disclipine. Can you imagine a school without school rules? That would be poly then. Wait for that day people Or just wait, tolerate till coming out for work?

-.- this is all common sense o.O it's all part of the school's code of attire/contuct.
you want you can migrate or study overseas where there are no uniforms. then can wear your mini skirts,colored bracelets, hanging earings, more earings, wear pedals and slippers aiya can wear almost anything you want but bikini all these lah.
go school for fashion show? siao ah. might as well stay at home. go school for study okay. LOL.

My school bans ankle socks. MUST see the school name on the socks. Then theres just something at my ankle, causes discomfort okay. Rahhh
